Booking conditions
You will find the General Booking Conditions in the detailed description of each villa and in the price detail prior to booking.
Payment terms:
1st payment: 30% (due within 3 days of booking)
2nd payment: 70% (due 8 weeks prior to your arrival)
by VISA / MasterCard or bank transfer
Cancellation policy:
Please check the cancellation fees in the General Booking Conditions as it can differ depending on the villa. However, in the event of a cancellation on your part or on our part due to non reception of payment, the fees are in general:

- 8 weeks or more prior to arrival date: 30% of total rental price (deposit)
- between 8 and 6 weeks prior to arrival date: 50% of total rental price
- between 6 weeks and up to arrival date: 100% of total rental price
